Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

  • Domestic orders– All domestic orders are processed within 2 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 5-7 business days
  • For International orders– All International orders are processed within 3 business day (except for Public Holidays & Weekends). You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business days. We are shipping to all regions except South East Asia. Its best to connect with our representative on +917045364343 before placing an international order.
  • Delivery charges are to borne by the client.

Custom charges and handling rates if applicable, will be shared at the time of delivery by the logistics service provider. Please find below the terms and conditions pertaining to Custom and Handling charges -

  • Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
  • Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on the respective government portals.
  • These charges will have to be borne by the customer. Love Organically is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
  • The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.
  • If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
  • ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Love Organically takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person

 

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders:We ship products throughout India all orders above RS 400 qualify for free domestic shipping.
  • For International Orders:Delivery Charges to be borne by client.
  • Avail FREE shipping on all ORDERS above Rs 400.
  • INR 20/- for ORDER amount below 200/-
  • INR 40/- for ORDER amount between 200 to 400/-
  • The delivery will be assigned against the signature of the customer. If you cannot be there to signature please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Love Organically takes no responsibility for deliveries that are signed by an alternative person.

Returns

  • Love Organically will not be responsible for any damage after delivery.
  • Love Organically will refund/ replace products that have a defect, are damaged or do not match the order placed. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product at info@loveorganically.com to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.
  • Love Organically doesn't accept any returns, once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer.
  • We cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient, and cannot be predicted by us. We strongly encourage our customers to do a patch test before using the product, in case they are sensitive to any ingredients.
